I started my career as an engineer Biochemistry in corporate R&D at Procter & Gamble. Brussels Belgium. At P&G I led several transformative innovation projects for different business units, this on both a global and regional level.
After 12yrs in the B2C environment, I switched to the B2B industry by joining Ecolab Germany where I overlooked a value improvement program and was an active member of the EU leadership team. In 2018 we moved as a family to Singapore.
Along the way in my 15yrs of corporate R&D, I discovered that it was not really the chemistry in the bottle that makes me tick but more the chemistry between the team players. This stimulated me to become a certified intergral and systemic coach and led me take the conscious decision to leave corporate life.
Today I help teams and organisations to unlock their human potential. For this I leverage a framework of frameworks, with different tools such as human centred design, agile/ lean principles supported and driven by multiple team and system oriented coaching principles. Personally, I believe the human factor is key in making or breaking transformations & disruptions as innovation down at its core is "by people for people". Unlocking this people potential is my personal driver.
On personal note, I am married with Erika and father of Céleste (7) & Arthur (4). Next to coaching I am passionate about endurance sports and have finished over 10 marathons, 8 semi ironmans and 1 full distance ironman.
